Learning Labs allow teachers an opportunity to get into each other’s classrooms as a tool for improving instruction, sharing ideas + strategies, while giving them time to reflect + grow from this opportunity.

Overall goals for the school would be to create a safe environment, shared vulnerability, and to increase trust and collaboration among the staff.  All being done through a facilitated process to support everyone involved.
